Senior Software Architect @ Ext JS
Rich Waters is a senior software architect at Ext JS (http://extjs.com). He is a frequent presenter at Web 2.0 and Ajax technical conferences. He brings over 10 years of experience building web sites and applications, on a wide range of back-end systems from Ruby on Rails to Lotus Notes/Domino. He spends much of his time providing Ext services such as onsite training and development assistance.

EXT JS - Latest & Greatest
Ext JS has recently released its third major revision, and as usual, has introduced some exciting new improvements. This session will highlight the exciting new component additions including: Grid RowEditor, ListView, Charting, Button Groups, Grouped Tabs and many more.
In addition we'll take a look at the Ext Core 3.0 library, a new subset of Ext JS optimized for speed and file size which is released under a permissive MIT license.
