HTML5 Part 1: Syntax and Semantics Overview

In this session, Molly will discuss HTML5's syntax and semantics.

One important leg of HTML5 - and the one with most will be familiar - is the declarative language itself. In Part 1 of this HTML5 intensive, we'll examine the HTML5 DOCTYPE, document rules and the use of HTML versus XML syntax. A look at new elements and attributes - particularly in relation to forms - will round out this section of the two-part talk.
